I used the Osmo Top Oil, which is specially made for wood countertops. Osmo is a mix of oil and wax and provides an outstanding water repellent finish with little odor. It is also food safe and so far….I am very impressed! The only way I was able to purchase it was through a google search, as no stores near me sell it. Even though it sounds like I am getting paid to say all of this I am not, it was a very good find. My boyfriend have used their products in multiple projects so far and haven’t been disappointed.
